In most cases, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.  Unless you live locally and choose local delivery, orders are shipped USPS priority mail.  Cost of shipping is calculated upon making your order. You will receive an email once your order has shipped.

If a product arrives damaged or broken, please send us a photo along with your order number to shaggybarkfarmsmo@gmail.com.  We will send you a replacement bar.

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges of open products. That said, we truly hope you enjoy each product but understand that not all smells or types of soap are for everyone.  Please buy in small batches until you find the right one for you and/or your family.

All products are hand-crafted to be gentle on your skin but not all skin is the same.  We cannot guarantee your skin will not have a reaction to the soap.  Please stop using the soap if you have a reaction.

Please read the ingredients before purchasing.  If you are allergic to any of the ingredients, please do not use.

This product is not meant for human or animal consumption.  No matter how much milk I put in it, it will not taste like milk.  Please do not let your children and animals eat it.
